Resolute Ltd.™ (working title for a commercial subsidiary of i720 Global, LLC.) has a unique and “spirited” plan to help the people of Ukraine survive, thrive, and rebuild, utilizing an already existing Ukrainian vodka export, and making it an enhanced product and consumer experience.

A flagship bottle distinctively marks the entry of premium quality vodka from Ukraine.

Our concept is to create a marketing campaign turning spirit bottles into NFTs. Each bottle is transformed into an activation touchpoint and grants purchasers exclusive access to digital content. A wide range of content is available and includes video vignettes of everyday heroism displayed by both Ukrainian soldiers and civilians. These stories will be narrated by well-respected celebrities and leaders such as Morgan Freeman, Mila Kunis, Tom Hanks, Ron Howard, Former President Bill Clinton, etc.

This presentation and technology integration distinguishes our concept from any other spirit brand currently being marketed. Our aim is to drive economic development within Ukraine, to build cooperation with international markets US, Europe and others, and to facilitate distribution of the Ukrainian products in these territories, while promoting Ukrainian resilience and real economic impact abroad with support of partners and consumers.

The RESOLUTE GLOBAL INITIATIVE™ a nonprofit, to be formed by i720 Global, will independently manage and administer charitable development and donations, from this and other RESOLUTE Program deployments to recognized and qualified organizations and to the people of Ukraine. The charitable program will focus on supporting Ukrainian people and organizations and will be managed under strict controls and transparency and in accordance with globally recognized best practices.

In this spirits program a 25% charitable allocation will be applied (added) to each bottle’s traditional wholesale price and directly allocated to The RESOLUTE GLOBAL INITIATIVE™ and distributed to partner organizations in Ukraine. Charitable giving will also continue through additional opt-in consumer engagement and activation with the NFT and integrated Digital programs options contained with each bottle. These activities are expected to expand the potential fundraising opportunities and expand the relationship with loyal consumers and supporters as they continue to enjoy the brand over time and interact with the digital experiences offered in the various series deployed.

Inspirational Stories

Bottles of Resolute Vodka™ or Tribute Vodka™ will be the cornerstone of a unique marketing campaign called The Heroes Series©. The consumer engagement will extend beyond the bottle using a combination of a QR code under the cap and a series of unique numbers found on the label and the bottle itself. The bottle purchaser will be able to access a portal featuring the story of one of Ukraine’s everyday heroes narrated by a well-respected celebrity or global leader. Beyond the access to the story, the consumer will have an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) that will evolve and expand over time.

In addition, an extended digital ecosystem will allow consumers to become active users with access to unique digital applications and experiences presented exclusively through this program.

Our active users will be encouraged to activate and engage in support programs and upgrades to their NFT. These programs will promote an ongoing and active relationship and additional charitable funding that will be dedicated to The RESOLUTE GLOBAL INITIATIVE™ for distribution to programs in Ukraine directly supporting the people and country of Ukraine as they endeavor to recover and rebuild.
